It requires self-awareness, commitment, and the willingness to change limiting beliefs. Other factors such as generational trauma, psychological, and emotional abuse also tend to shake our confidence and self-esteem. I can help you process your experiences, identify healthy ways to cope, and highlight your strengths, helping you become the best version of yourself.
